On this page we present impressions of the olive harvest and olive oil production. As you can see, the olives are gently harvested by hand - without the use of machinery. This guarantees a sustainable management of the olive grove. We make sure that the soil is not destroyed. To do not hurt the trees, we refuse the use of a tree shaker.
